  1. Clean, wash and cut mushrooms in quarters.
  2. Peel onions and chop them finely.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai.
  4. Add green cardamom, cinnamon stick and chopped onions and sauté until light golden brown.
  5. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and cook for half a minute.
  6. Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt
