  1. Apply some salt to the methi leaves and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Wash again and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and saute till they turn translucent.
  4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and methi leaves, mix well and for about 6-7 minutes.
  5. Add the red chili powder and green peas, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the amchur and mix well.
  7. Add the cinnamon powder and fresh cream.
  8. Serve hot.
