Mast idli recipe - How to make Mast idli
Cooking Time: Total Time:
1 small tomatoes chopped
4-5 cloves of garlic grated1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
5-6 kadi patta
1 green chilly chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder salt to taste
2 tblsp coriander chopped
- Heat oil in a wok
- Add mustard seeds,green chillies n kadi patta.
- When the seeds splutter add tomatoes salt and red chilly powder and saute well
- Add idlis broken into pcs.
- Add coriander and saute for two mins and serve hot
