250 gms masar dal
100 gms semolina
500 gms flour
250ml oil
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
salt to taste

  1. Boil the dal in 2 cups water with salt added to it.
  2. Combine semolina flour ajwain to form dough.
  3. Make pedas from dough
  4. Stuff dal and roll into puris
  5. Fry and enjoy
