Masaledar Paneer Tikka recipe - How to make Masaledar Paneer Tikka

  1. Boil panner in salted water, drain and keep aside.
  2. Combine the curds ,cumin seeds powder, garam masala, salt, besan, chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the paneer, tomato, onion and capsicum, mix well and keep aside to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Place them in skewers and grill for 15 minutes or till they turn crisp.
  5. Serve hot.
