A spicy tangy paneer tikka recipe.
- Boil panner in salted water, drain and keep aside.
- Combine the curds ,cumin seeds powder, garam masala, salt, besan, chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the paneer, tomato, onion and capsicum, mix well and keep aside to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Place them in skewers and grill for 15 minutes or till they turn crisp.
- Serve hot.
