A blend of aromatic spices and condiments to pep-up the flavour of various dishes like biryani, shorbas, subzis etc. Ensure you dry roast this spices to get the best of its flavour.
- Combine all the ingredients and dry roast on a hot tava (griddle) for 1 minute.
- Cool and blend in a mixer into a powder. Use as required
