Masala Papads recipe - How to make Masala Papads



Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 5 servings

5 raw urad dal (split black lentils) papad
5 tsp dry crushed mint leaves (phudina)
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (dhania)
olive oil
  1. Spray olive oil on all the papads
  2. Sprinkle chatmasala and dry pudina on papads
  3. Microwave each papad for 1 min
  4. Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve
