Evening snack options just got tastier and healthier with masala pakoda recipe. Must try this crispy ,deep fried besan (gram flour) coated savory snack with tomato ketchup or green chutney on a chilly winter evening with a cup of hot coffee.
- Combine the maida and besan in a bowl, add some water and mix well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, pour spoonful of batter and deep fry the vadas till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Serve hot.
