- Grind together cashewnuts,almonds, pistas elachi, nutmeg, sugar and kesar.
- Make a fine powder.
- Add this mixture to milk.
- Then add cream and churn once more.
- Chill this mixture for 3 hours.
- Serve garnished with sliced dryfruits.
