To make this khichdi more nutritious u can add any vegetable of your choice.
- Wash rice and dal n pressure cook up to 4 wistles
- Cut tomatoes n slit green chillies
- In a pan take the ghee .
- Add mustard seeds n let it splutter and add hing
- Add tamatoes n green chillis
- Add salt chilli powder and turmeric n add the cooked dal n rice
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve with raitas
