  1. Wash rice and dal n pressure cook up to 4 wistles
  2. Cut tomatoes n slit green chillies
  3. In a pan take the ghee .
  4. Add mustard seeds n let it splutter and add hing
  5. Add tamatoes n green chillis
  6. Add salt chilli powder and turmeric n add the cooked dal n rice
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves
  8. Serve with raitas
