Masala Bhindi recipe - How to make Masala Bhindi

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 3 servings

400 gms washed , dried and chopped ladies finger (bhindi)
7 to 8 baby onions , peeled
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
  1. In a oven proven dish spread the oil.
  2. Place the chopped lady finger.
  3. Turn in all the spices. Mix well.
  4. Cook on micro high for 5 mins.
  5. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Bhindi masala is ready
