Marshmallow Toffee Bite recipe - How to make Marshmallow Toffee Bite

1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
warm milk (for kneading the dough)
plain flour (maida) for rolling
1/4 cup chocolate spread
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup small assorted marshmallows (any flavour , I choose strawberry flavour as it goes well with bananas)
1/4 cup peanuts
oil for deep frying
water as required
  1. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and milk in a deep bowl and knead using a little water to make a soft dough.
  2. Cover the bowl with a plate and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Peel and chop the banana into small pieces.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 small equal sized balls and roll them into small semi thin circle with the help of plain flour.
  5. Take one circle spread some chocolate spread, place a piece of banana, 4 to 5 marshmallows and a few peanuts. Then roll it and twist it from both the sides so as to give it the shape of a toffee wrapper and seal the edges by applying little pressure.
  6. Repeat step 5 to make 7 more toffees.
  7. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the toffees until they are golden brown and crisp.
  8. Serve hot.
