Marinated Black Olives

Black olives mixed with garlic, cumin seeds and capsicum and topped with olive oil to marinate. They’re handy to pop in the mouth, piquant and an international favourite!
- Combine all the ingredients in separate sterilized glass jars, adding olive oil as needed to cover.
- Toss well to mix all the ingredients together, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 days.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.
- For stuffed green olives, combine 2 cups green olives, 2 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp lemon zest in a sterilized glass jar, mix well and add enough olive oil to cover and repeat the same as above.
