This time winter wrapped all of us in its soothing cold air for a long time, tempting us to indulge in all kinds of warm, comforting food. But as the days get warmer and summer beckons, it’s time to eat sensibly again.
The focus in this issue is on health – we can never take enough care of ourselves!
