You can also server green chutney and makes a good combination for ginger chai time.
- Grind the soaked moong dal without adding water. add ginger/garlic/green chillies and grind them as a paste.
- Add chopped coriander,and diced onion.
- Take lumps of the ground mixture and fry them in oil like pakodas and serve them hot.
