Ingredients

3 cups moong dal (split yellow gram) , soaked for 3 hours
2 " piece of ginger (adrak)
3 pearls of garlic (lehsun)
3 green chillies
1 onion , diced
1 bunch of coriander (dhania) leaves
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Method

  1. Grind the soaked moong dal without adding water. add ginger/garlic/green chillies and grind them as a paste.
  2. Add chopped coriander,and diced onion.
  3. Take lumps of the ground mixture and fry them in oil like pakodas and serve them hot.
