Mango rice recipe - How to make Mango rice

raw mango 1
haldi 1 teaspoon
redchillies 6 to 8
mustard seeds 3 teaspoon
asafoetida (hing) to taste
salt to taste
cooking oil 3 tablespoon
groundnuts half a cup
urad dal 1 tsp
few curry leaves (kadi patta)
cooked rice 3 cups

  1. Grate the mango
  2. Powder 2tsp mustard with red chillies, haldi, salt
  3. Mix it with grated mango
  4. Heat oil in a pan add mustard, urad dal,curry leaves, ground nuts, hing and fry till they are brown
  5. Finally mix the seasoning, grated masala mango to rice and serve
