- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds and jeera when they are done add hing chana dal, peanuts roast them. add red chillies, green chillies, turmeric, grated mango and salt. mix well. when the aroma comes and oil seperates take off the stove now mix the above mixture with cooked rice. mango rice is ready to eat.
