Mango curry recipe - How to make Mango curry


Cooking Time:    Total Time:    


Mango(half sweetened)chopped-2 cup
salt to taste
Chilly powder1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
To grind:
Coconut scrapped- 1 ½ cup
Green chillies-3
Old curd -1 cup
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
For seasoning:
Mustard seeds,methi seeds,curry leaves and dry chilly

  1. Cook the mango with chilly powder,salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Add grinded paste and mix.
  3. Add required water,salt and boil well.
  4. Then season it and add to curry.
