Mango chutney recipe - How to make Mango chutney
Cooking Time: Total Time:
- 1.peel the mango & chop it roughly.
- 2.blend the green chillies & salt in the blender.
- 3.add the mango piecies & blend 80%.(dont make it a puree)
- 4.remove the chutney to a bowl.prepare the tempering by heating oil,add the hing & then the mustard & curry leaves.immedietly pour over the chutney.mix.
