Mango and Moong Salad recipe - How to make Mango and Moong Salad

1/2 cup grated mango
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 cup moong dal (split green gram)
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tomato , chopped
1 onion , chopped
1/2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
  1. Wash and soak moong dal in enough water for an hour.
  2. Strain the dal, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve this as it is or little chilled.
