With caramelized onions and fresh malai panner this salad appeals to all five senses. And so is its dressing.
- Combine all the ingredients and lightly toss. Keep in fridge.
- While serving pour dressing over the salad. Mix lightly and serve fresh.
- Garnish it with puris and serve with curd.
