Mango and Carrot Soup

Mango makes it easier to feed soup to family and especially children.
- Heat the ghee in a deep pan and add the cumin seeds and bay leaf and saute.
- Add all other ingredients and bring to boil.
- Adjust the consistency with water and simmer for a minute.
- Serve it garnish with oats and almonds.
