  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add vermicelli and fry until golden brown.
  2. Bring milk to boil in a heavy bottomed pan, add the fried vermicelli, pistachios and saffron threads.
  3. Cook until the vermicelli turns soft and transparent.
  4. Add the sugar, mango pulp and cook until sugar has completely dissolved.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
