Mango Tofu Stir-fry recipe - How to make Mango Tofu Stir-fry

  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the tofu, capsicum, garlic, ginger and chilli and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes or until tofu is no longer pink.
  2. Add the salt and pepper, add the sauce, green onions and cook 2 for minutes.
  3. Add mango cubes and cook well.
  4. Serve hot.
