Mango Tofu Stir-Fry, sweet and sour and spiced, protein rich tofu with vitamin A rich mango teamed with other spices makes a quick a mouth-watering recipe that will complement main course dishes like rice and noodles.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the tofu, capsicum, garlic, ginger and chilli and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes or until tofu is no longer pink.
- Add the salt and pepper, add the sauce, green onions and cook 2 for minutes.
- Add mango cubes and cook well.
- Serve hot.
