Mango Tango recipe - How to make Mango Tango


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 glasses

3 mangoes , roughly chopped
2 cups grapes
1 tsp ginger (adrak) juice
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups crushed ice

For The Garnish
4 mint leaves (phudina)
  1. Combine the mangoes and grapes and blend in a mixer into a fine paste. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the sugar, salt and ginger juice with water and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. In each glasses, add 1/4 cup ice and pour equal quantity mango-grape juice.
  4. Top with the equal quantity of prepared ginger juice.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
  6. Serve chilled.
