Mango Salad

A tangy salad made using summer hit mangoes!
Method- Cut the tofu and artichoke hearts into similar size discs.
- Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to make a dressing.
- Mix all the ingredients and add the dressing.
- Add a dash of lemon juice in the end of impart a fresh aroma.
- Serve immediately.
