Mango Salad recipe - How to make Mango Salad

2 mangoes , peeled and chopped
350 gms tofu
50 gms artichoke hearts
20 gms black olives
10 gms sun-dried tomatoes
100 ml olive oil
50 ml red vinegar
1 lemon
5 gms salt
2 gms black peppercorns (kalimirch) , crushed
  1. Cut the tofu and artichoke hearts into similar size discs.
  2. Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to make a dressing.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and add the dressing.
  4. Add a dash of lemon juice in the end of impart a fresh aroma.
  5. Serve immediately.
