Mango Roti recipe - How to make Mango Roti

Ingredients
1 cup grated raw mango
1 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp oil
salt to taste
3 tbsp freshly grated coconut
1 slit green chilli , finely chopped
oil for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with chutney or tea.
