Mango Rice Recipe

Use chillies according to your spice. this recipe will be of normal spice.
- Wash and cook rice, so that each grain is seperated.
- Spread,sprinkle little sesame oil and cool it.
- Take a tawa, add oil do the seasoning, add the turmeric powder, grated mango, salt,the green chillie,ginger, the curry leaves, stir and fry for 2 mts, until oil surfaces.
- Cool it.
- Add the prepared chutney and mix well with the rice.
- Add the roasted groundnut.
