Method

  1. Wash and cook rice, so that each grain is seperated.
  2. Spread,sprinkle little sesame oil and cool it.
  3. Take a tawa, add oil do the seasoning, add the turmeric powder, grated mango, salt,the green chillie,ginger, the curry leaves, stir and fry for 2 mts, until oil surfaces.
  4. Cool it.
  5. Add the prepared chutney and mix well with the rice.
  6. Add the roasted groundnut.
  7. Serve.
