soften cheese and cream at room temperature before mixing.
this pudding can be poured into a pie dish after preparation and served as mango pie when cool.

1 can mango pulp
1 oz. dried agar-agar or gelatine
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz.fresh cream or whipped cream
1 cup sugar
2 cups water

  1. Boil 2 cups water.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  3. Add sugar and stir well till sugar and gelatin dissolves.
  4. Let it cool.
  5. In another bowl,mix cheese and cream very well.
  6. Add mango pulp to cheese-cream mixture.
  7. Blend well.
  8. Add sugar-gelatin mixture to chees-cream mixture.
  9. Pour into serving bowl and cool in refrigerator till set.
