Mango pie presents a dectable dessert recipe with a rich mango flavour encased in a crusty pie . Enjoy as dessert after meals or as a tea time snack.
- Dissolve the jello mixture in 1 cup boiling water; and keep aside for 20 minute
- In a large bowl add the mango pulp, condensed milk and cool whip
- After 20 min add the jello to the large bowl and mix well
- Pour the mixture in the 3 pie crusts and refrigerate for about 8 hrs.
