Mango Panna Cotta recipe - How to make Mango Panna Cotta

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup mango pulp
1 tsp chopped agar-agar dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar

For Garnish
1/2 cup chopped mangoes
2 tsp condensed milk
a pinch nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
  1. Combine the cream and sugar and cook on a slow flame.
  2. Add the dissolved agar - agar and mango puree, mix well and pour it into individual serving bowls or a main serving bowl and cool.
  3. Keep it to set it in a refrigerator.
  4. Combine the mango pieces, jaiphal and condensed milk and warm it up for few minutes.
  5. Cool and refrigerate.
  6. While serving garnish the set panna cotta with the above mixture.
