Mango Kiwi Chuski recipe - How to make Mango Kiwi Chuski

1/2 cup sugar
water as required
1 cup mango pulp
1/2 tsp mango essence
1/2 tsp citric acid (nimbu ka phool)
1/2 cup kiwi crush
  1. Put sugar in a pan and add just enough water to sink the sugar, cook till sugar melts. Take off the flame and add citric acid.
  2. Make 2 portions of the sugar syrup.
  3. To one portion add the mango pulp, essence and mix well and put in kulfi moulds.
  4. To the other portion add kiwi crush and mix well and put in kulfi moulds.
  5. Freeze for 8-9 hours and serve.
