Mango jelly kheer presents a creatively designed innovative kheer recipe with freshly prepared mango jelly. Garnish the mango jelly with almond chips and serve chilled.

1/2 ltr milk
4 tbsp sugar
1 packet of mango jelly
few almonds (badam)

  1. Boil milk in a pan.
  2. Add the sugar and stir well till it melts.
  3. Thicken the milk slightly for around 20 mins.
  4. Make rough small pieces of the mango jelly and spread it evenly on a flat bottom serving dish.
  5. Pour the boiling milk over it and set it aside to cool and settle for 3 hours.

Do we set the jelly first and then make small rough pieces?
