4 mangoes
4 cups milk
4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp gelatine
1 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Bring milk to boil and thicken by adding cornflour (dissolved in 1/4 cup water.)
  2. Make a puree of mangoes.
  3. Add to milk mixture.
  4. Add lemon juice and gelatine(dissolved in 2tbsps. of warm water) and leave in a freezer to set.
