substitute 1 cup mango with the following:
1 teaspoon dill or coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
and garnish with:
extra paprika and dill if desired.

- In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients, except the salt, until smooth. taste, adding salt as necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with extra mango bits.
- Chill before serving.
- Serve with assorted fruit and vegetable dippers and crackers.
