Mango is not only the king of fruits but also the most widely consumed fruits in the world.
Mangoes are known for their rich taste and here we present an easy but super healthy recipe of mango dalia.
- In a heavy bottomed pan heat olive oil and roast broken wheat on slow flame till golden brown.
- Add water to it and cover with lid and cook on slow flame till all water dries up.
- Now add finely chopped mangoes,sugar,and mango juice and cook for few more minutes.
- Garnish with chopped mint leaves and your power packed mango delicacy is ready.
