Mango Crunch Pastry recipe - How to make Mango Crunch Pastry

1 vanilla sponge cake
1 cup mango jam
tutti-frutti as required
butterscotchballs as required
desiccated coconut as required
mango pieces as required
  1. Take a vanilla sponge and slice to three layers.
  2. Take the bottom layer and apply mango jam and sprinkle some tutti-fruity on it.
  3. Place the second layer of the cake and apply mango jam,put some mango pieces and sprinkle some butterscotch balls.
  4. Top with the third layer and apply mango jam on top as well as on sides also so as to cover the cake completely.
  5. Sprinkle some desiccated coconut on top and on sides also.
  6. Cut to six wedges and serve.
