Mango Burfee recipe - How to make Mango Burfee

Ingredients
1 cup mango pulp
1 cup semolina (rava)
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
2 tbsp freshly grated coconut
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp powdered cardamoms
Method
    Method
  1. Boil milk with sugar in a deep pan.
  2. Heat one tbsp of ghee in a non-stick pan and saute the semolina till it is light brown.
  3. Pour the sweetened boiled milk and add coconut , mango pulp, khoya and cardamom powder.
  4. Cook on slow flame stirring continuously.
  5. When the mixture thickens , pour into a greased tray.
  6. Garnish with almonds and cahews.
  7. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
