Mango Bhel recipe - How to make Mango Bhel

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 to 8 servings

Ingredients
2 cups roasted puffed rice (kurmura)
2 tsp finely chopped raw mango
1 cup mangoes
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
salt to taste
roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder to taste
pepper powder to taste
4 tsp lemon juice

To Garnish
finely chopped pineapple
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Serve immediately garnished with pineapple pieces.
