Method

  1. Grate vegetables
  2. Mix with flour and spices
  3. Make small balls and deep fry on low heat
  4. Heat oil and add cumin seeds asatofotida
  5. Fry onions then pureed tomatoes
  6. In the garam masala nd soya sauce nd chilli sauce
  7. Dip balls in gravy just before eating
