Malaidar Pakode recipe - How to make Malaidar Pakode

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

1 cup tender coconut meat , chopped
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
oil for frying
  1. In a bowl put plain flour, cornflour, salt , chilli powder ,ginger garlic and green chilli paste and mix well.
  2. ADd the coconut meat in this dry mix and coat properly.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
