Ingredients
1/4 cup crumbled malai paneer (cottage cheese)
salt to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped coloured capsicum

    Method
  1. Combine the paneer and salt in a plate and knead very well to form a dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll each portion into a round.
  3. Roll them into the coloured capsicum till they are evenly coated from all the sides and serve immediately.

Healthy starter, easy to make and the malai paneer goes with any topping. Good fat and protein which keeps you full and healthy.
