Malai Chakri though prepared with minimal ingredients, it has a lingering creamy, nutty and sour flavour. Cream, curds and sesame contribute to this taste and you are sure to enjoy it in every crunchy bite. This jar snack can be prepared during your free time and stored. Pack some in your kids tiffin for a short break crunchy bite.
- Combine all the ingredients and add water to knead into a medium soft dough.
- Put the dough in the chakri machine and make chakris and deep fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden.
- Cool and store in an air tight container.
