  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead in to a soft, using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 85 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter.
  3. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with sarson ka saag.
