Method

  1. Mix together all the ingredients gently.
  2. Make small balls.
  3. Grease a baking tray and arrange the balls atleast 1 inch apart from each other.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven 30-40 mins or until they have become crisp.

I made this. It''s super easy i used butter instead of ghee as I''m in Australia. They were surprisingly tasty and similar to coconut macaroons from the shops...
