Add salt and boondi just before serving. otherwise the salad will leave water and the crunchiness would be lost.
- Boil macaroni.
- When cooked place under running water.cool completely in a colander.
- Add the chopped veggies,chillies,vineger,hung curd & corriander leaves with macaroni.
- Now chill thoroughly in a fridge covered.
- Just before serving add salt and boondi.
