If macadamia nuts are not readily available you can do the same with either kaju / walnuts cut in to small pieces.

Vanila icecream -- 1 Family pack
Macadamia nuts--half cup
Marie or Digestive biscuits -5/6

  1. Keep the icecream out of the freezer for 3/4 minutes.
  2. Cut the macadamia nuts into small pieces & also break the biscuits with your hands into small pieces[ dont powder it ]
  3. Next mix both the nuts & biscuits to the vanila icecream & mix it very well & set it back in the freezer .
  4. Your macadamia icecream is ready !
