Low-fat Pizza recipe - How to make Low-fat Pizza

1 packet of dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 tsp salt

26 oz spaghetti sauce
6 oz tomato puree
1/2 Lb Ground Turkey -- Cooked And Drained
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme

8 oz. mushroom (khumbh) stems and pieces
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped capsicums
1 1/2 cups grated mozzrella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese


  1. Proof yeast in 1/4 cup warm water, add sugar
  2. And let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Add remaining water, flour,
  4. And salt and beat until dough is smooth.
  5. Dough will be sticky.
  6. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl.
  7. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes.
  9. Dough will be very elastic. roll out into circle.
  10. Place pizza dough on greased cookie sheet.
  11. Spoon sauce on top.
  12. Cover with toppings.
  13. Bake at 450f degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
