A rare combination of spinach and fat free yogurt and cream cheese .This low fat spinach dip makes a terrific appetizer. Serve with a platter of fresh vegetables or with some baked chips or breadsticks.

Low Fat Spinach Dip recipe - How to make Low Fat Spinach Dip

Ingredients
300 gms fresh baby spinach (palak) , steamed until wilted
1 cup low-fat curds (dahi)
120 gms fat-free cream cheese , softened
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion whites
1 clove garlic (lehsun) , minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Method
    Method
  1. Place wilted spinach in a colander and squeeze out excess water.
  2. Chop finely and place in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir yogurt and cream cheese together until smooth.
  4. Add to spinach.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly till smooth.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Serve Chilled with baked chips or breadsticks.

Tips:

    Tips:
  1. 1)You can use frozen chopped spinach also.
  2. 2)If you want little spicy, can add a little dash of hot sauce.
